Proud to be affiliated with NAFAS and the South West Area of NAFAS, we cherish the rich tradition and creativity of floral design, inviting both newcomers and seasoned arrangers to join us on this beautiful journey. Our membership is blossoming, reflecting a tapestry of ages and experiences, and we welcome everyone with open arms! Our youngest member is just 12, while our seasoned flower lovers carry wisdom that transcends age—it’s all about the love for flowers! This intergenerational club is passionately dedicated to promoting the art of floral design and making a positive impact in our local community. Our dynamic volunteer-led committee and talented demonstrators are driven by a shared passion to cultivate a welcoming space where members can blossom, hone their skills, exchange inspiring ideas, and savour delightful community events. Our committee, comprising seven dedicated individuals, is here to uplift and encourage every member to shine. Leading us with wisdom and experience is our esteemed Chairman and Program Secretary, Dorryta Hayward, whose artistry in flower arranging has earned her respect within the Chippenham flower community. Alongside her is our energetic Secretary, Jean Paterson, a steadfast supporter of our club for five years, ensuring our team thrives. Our diligent Treasurer and Media expert, Elizabeth Kennedy, has been a valued member for nearly a decade, keeping everyone abreast of exciting news and innovations from NAFAS and the South West Area of Nafas. These inspiring officers are complemented by Linda Dawson, who delights us with our monthly raffle, offering members and visitors a chance to win stunning floral displays for just £1 for a strip of five tickets. The talented Pippa Lovering, an Area Judge, orchestrates our enriching workshops, club competitions, and our much-anticipated annual dinner. We also have the wonderful Sylvia Gibson, who became part of our family ten years ago after being charmed by one of our Christmas Open Evenings during her time as Mayor of Chippenham, and the enthusiastic Jan Burry, who joined our vibrant circle three years ago.
